Change your profile

You can edit any of the details in your profile.

If you change your user type:

• Your saved accounts and proposals are permanently removed and cannot be recovered.

• Removed data is not restored if you change back to your previous user type.

• Report groups, favorites and schedules are retained.

• Custom daypart codes are cleared in schedules.

To change your profile:

If you want to change your user type, you must access your profile from the Home page.

1 If necessary, click the Home tab.

2 Click the arrow after your name in the upper right corner of the page and select My Profile.

3 Change your information:

• Highlight the information you want to change and type the new details.

• Click the arrow after User Type to change your user type from Radio Station to Agency or Agency to Radio Station.

• Click the arrow to change the State or Traffic system.

4 Click the Save button.

5 If you are changing your user type:

• Review the information in the message that displays.

• Select the box to confirm that you want to change your user type and that some of your data will be deleted.

• Click OK to Save your change.

Or click Cancel if you do not want to change your user type.
