Create advertiser or agency accounts

You associate advertisers with a proposal for selling advertising spots or units. Best practice is to create advertiser accounts before you build a proposal. The proposal will be an umbrella for schedule(s). You can also create accounts for agencies.

To create advertiser or agency accounts:

1  Click the Accounts tab, then click the Advertisers or Agencies link at the top of the page.

2  Type the new advertiser or agency name in the Create New Advertiser pane.

tipMaximum 40 characters from the keyboard. You cannot add duplicate names for the same type.

3  Click the drop-down list arrow and select the type of advertiser or agency.

4  Add information for the primary contact:

• Type the first name, last name and work phone number in the boxes.

• Type other optional e-mail and phone details.

tipItems with a red asterisk are required.

5  Click the Create Advertiser or Create Agency button to save and open the Details page.
