Preview or print a schedule as a PDF file and select specific stations or vendors, estimates and estimate totals to display and print. You can choose various report options and graphics to show in the file. You can also save the PDF file on your computer or e-mail it.
You can print the schedule from any media tab. You need to download and install Adobe Acrobat Reader software (free) on your computer to view PDF files.

• Some footnotes may display in the report even if the rows or columns that pertain to the footnotes are not included in the report.
• Schedules print in landscape orientation only.
• To e-mail the report after you've saved it on your computer, open your e-mail program and send the saved PDF file as an attachment.
To print a schedule:
1 Click the View/Print as PDF button in the toolbar.
2 Select stations or vendors:
By default the report includes all toggled-on vendors in the order displayed in the schedule.
• If necessary, click the Vendors to Print tab.
• Optionally, click a highlighted vendor in the Available box to remove it from the Selected box.
If you want to omit the daypart/ad type row details and print only the total summaries, clear all vendors from the Selected list.
3 Select schedule and totals estimates:
All estimate columns selected in the schedule's Estimates dialog display by default.
• Adjust schedule estimates included in the PDF:
– Click the Schedule Detail Estimates tab.
– Click items in the Available list to highlight and add them to the Selected list.
OR click a highlighted item to exclude it from the Selected list.
• Select totals estimates:
Estimates that do not display in total rows are omitted from this tab.
– Click the Summary Totals Estimates tab.
– Click an item in the Available list to highlight and add it to the Selected list.
OR click a highlighted item to exclude it from the Selected list.
• Optionally, clear all or reorder items as needed...
– To clear all items from the Selected list, click the check in the heading and then click the
button.
– To reorder Selected items, click an item in the list and then click one of the arrows to move it.
OR click the arrow to move it to the top or the
arrow to move it to the bottom of the list.
4 Select report options:
• Click the Report Options tab.
• Select the checkboxes for the items you want.
– Print Cost Per Person Sentence is for radio schedules only.
– Print Summary and Sourcing – separate pages for Totals and Sourcing Summary.
• Type a title up to 100 characters in the box.
• Type a subtitle up to 400 characters in the box.
• Optionally, remove or change disclaimer text settings...
This disclaimer appears below the signature lines.
– Highlight and clear the disclaimer text if you do not want it to display.
OR type your own text up to 500 characters.
– Select the Set as Default option to keep the new text as the default for next time.
OR click the Reset Default link to revert to the system-provided disclaimer text.
If you revert to the system-provided disclaimer text, you need to click the Set as Default option again if you want the system-provided text reinstated as the default.
5 Change the default logo on the report:
• In the Upload New Report Graphic box, click the Browse button.
• Select the graphic file and click Open.
• When the path and graphic name display, click the Save button in the Upload New Report Graphic box.
The graphic filename you uploaded displays in the Available Report Graphics box.
• Select the graphic filename in the Available Report Graphics box.
• Select the On All Reports option to default to the selected graphic for all reports.
OR select On This Report to limit the selected graphic to the current report.
When you use the On This Report option and switch to a new schedule or different report, your logo will revert to the default Tapscan logo.
6 Create the PDF file:
• Click the Create PDF button at the bottom of the dialog.
• Click OK when prompted that the export is ready for download.
7 In the File Download dialog, click Open to view the PDF file on your screen.
OR click Save to store the .pdf file on your computer.
