You can remove an existing proposal that does not have orders associated with it. When you remove a proposal, Tapscan also removes the schedules associated with it.
You can remove one proposal at a time. You cannot remove a proposal that has an order associated with it.
To remove a proposal:
1 Click the Proposals tab.
2 Select the proposal:
• Optionally, search for the proposal:
– Click the button in the toolbar.
– Select columns to search and click OK.
– Type at least two characters in the search box and click the Search button.
To return to the original list and clear the search, click the Show All Rows link.
3 Remove the proposal:
• Click the checkbox before the proposal to remove.
A check in the box means that item is selected. Click the checkbox again to clear the selection.
• Click Delete in the toolbar.
OR if you are viewing the Details tab of a proposal, you can click Delete in the Details toolbar instead.
• Click OK when prompted to complete the deletion.
