When you cancel an order, it is still available to review from the Orders tab. Tapscan disconnects the association between daypart/ad type rows and the order in the schedule. You can reorder rows for that vendor later.
When you use the Delete option, Tapscan permanently removes all the order information and the association with daypart/ad type rows in the schedule.
Rules for cancelling or deleting orders...
• You can cancel:
– an Incomplete order.
– a Complete order if dates are current or in the future.
• You can remove:
– an Incomplete order.
– a Canceled order.
– a Complete order if the dates are past and you no longer need it.
• You cannot cancel or remove pending orders.
• When you cancel or remove an order,Tapscan includes the current version and all revisions.
To cancel or remove an order:
1 Click the Orders tab at the top of the page to view all orders for all proposals.
OR click the Proposals tab, select a proposal, and then click the Orders tab to view a list of orders associated with the proposal.
2 Click the checkbox for the order(s) you want to cancel or remove.
3 Click the Cancel button in the toolbar.
OR click the Delete button in the toolbar to permanently remove selections.
A message appears if the selected order(s) cannot be cancelled or deleted.
4 Click OK when prompted.
