Select or remove columns that appear in a report. Tapscan saves your selections in the estimates dialog for the current work session, but not across sessions. Research report groups contain all parameter settings that you save with the group, including estimates. Qualitative estimates that display as percentages round to the nearest tenth of a percent (i.e., 13.7%).
To change estimates in reports:
1 Click the Estimates link in the parameters pane.
2 Choose estimates in the Available box and click the arrow to move them to the Selected box.
You can use the arrow to move an item from Selected to Available, or use to clear the Selected box.
3 To change the order of the selected estimates:
• Highlight one of the estimates in the Selected box.
• Click one of the arrows to move the highlighted selection to a new position.
4 Select an estimate for initial sorting and graphing.
5 Include ranking numbers, the analysis total, and/or the market total by selecting the appropriate checkboxes.
You can also choose to include population and in-tab in Age/Gender Comp, Language Comp, Ethnic Comp, Working Persons and Trender reports with two additional checkboxes.
6 Optionally, save your selection(s) as a favorite if you frequently use these choices:
• Type a name to represent all the items in the Selected box.
You can use letters, numbers or special characters from the keyboard in the name.
• Click Save.
The name for the group appears in the Favorites box at the top of the window. You can select a favorite name the next time to finish with one click.
7 Click OK.
8 Click to see the results.
