Limit stations in a graph

By default Tapscan includes all stations from the table view in the graph view, but can only display the first 50. Even so, 50 stations is probably more than you need for a good story.

To limit stations in a graph:

1 Sort the report (in table view) on one of the numeric estimates.

2 Click to select Graph from the View drop-down list in the toolbar.

3 Set the number of top-ranking stations to display:

• Click to open the Display Top drop-down list in the upper right corner of the report.

• Select the number of top stations to show in the graph.

The processing spinner appears briefly and an adjusted chart displays.

4 To limit the number of stations further:

• Click the Stations to Graph link at the top of the page.

• Click the checkboxes of stations to clear the checkmark.

A check in the box means the station will appear in the graph.

• Click OK.
