Add or remove columns that appear in a schedule. You will select estimates separately for each media type's schedule.

• If you select multiple demos, you can select estimates for each demo.
• Estimates in the Available box are sorted in non-demo, demo, and qualitative order by default. You can sort on either Demo or Estimate columns in the Available box.
• Many demo-based estimates are unavailable for NTR schedules, and will appear as blank cells in the All Media tab.
• Qualitative estimates that display as percentages round to the nearest tenth of a percent (i.e., 65.5%).
• You can reorder the sequence of columns from left to right to group estimates on the schedule.
• While you will always see the estimates on your screen, all estimates may not fit on a printed schedule .
To change estimates in a schedule:
1 Click the Estimates button in the toolbar.
2 Select estimates:
You can select estimates for each selected demo.
• To sort estimates, click column headings in the Available box.
• Click an estimate in the Available box to highlight and select it.
OR click the in the Available box heading to select all estimates.
Click a highlighted estimate to remove the highlight and clear it from the Selected box.
3 To reorder the estimate columns:
Estimates (top to bottom) in the Selected list appear left to right in the schedule.
• Click the item in the Selected list, then click one of the arrows to move it.
• To move an item to the top of the list, click the arrow.
OR click the arrow to move the item to the bottom of the list.
• Repeat this step to reorder other estimates.
4 Optionally, click the Save as Default Layout button to create a standard set of columns to use with other schedules.
Tapscan saves selected estimates as "Default Layout" in the Favorites list.

• This default layout is only for schedules; the report default layout is separate.
• When you create a new schedule, your default estimate layout displays in the grid.
• When you open a saved schedule, it opens with the estimate layout that was in effect when you saved it.
5 Optionally, save your selected estimates as a favorite to reuse in another schedule:
• Click the Add to Favorites button.
• Type a name to represent all the items in the Selected box.
You can use letters, numbers or special characters from the keyboard in the name.
• Click Save.
The name for the group appears in the Favorites list. You can select a favorite name the next time to finish with one click. Favorites are shared across all media types, but only the estimates that apply to the schedule's media type (tab) will display in the estimate dialog.
6 Click OK to save estimate selections and refresh the schedule.
