Move rows

You can change the order of flights or the order of individual daypart or ad type rows as you work within the average week total view of the schedule.

You can move flights and rows while viewing the Station/Vendor Distribution view with the Show Flight Detail option unchecked in the Layouts menu. You cannot move rows if you select Show Flight Detail or other layouts.

• Rows in all weeks are kept in the same order for both expanded and collapsed views.

• Estimate values remain unchanged when you move rows.

• You can reorder rows within a week or reorder flights within a station/vendor, but you cannot move rows from one week to another or move flights from one station/vendor to another.

• You can move a row that is toggled off.

To move rows:

1. Select Station/Vendor Distribution from the Layouts menu.

2. If necessary, click the Expand/Collapse All Rows button in the toolbar to view the daypart or ad type rows.

3. In the Move Row column, click the button in the row to select it.

A cell is selected. Click the radio button again to clear it. If you do not see the Move Row column, open the Layouts menu and clear the Show Flight Detail option.

4. Click the Move Row arrows in the toolbar to reorder the selected row or flight.

5. Repeat steps 3 and 4 to move other rows or flights.
