Display actuals and differences

If you add and save goals and also save your radio schedule with the necessary avail details, you can show the results and the differences between goals and actuals.

Goals and actuals are only available for a radio schedule associated with a proposal.

To display actuals and differences:

1. Click Display Actuals in the Goals toolbar.

Or click Display Goals in the radio Schedule toolbar.

A separate window opens to display the differences. You can keep this window open while making changes. Toggled off radio rows and NTR rows are excluded from the actual values. Actual values from the schedule reflect week totals as displayed in the Weeks Distribution grouping, regardless of how rows are organized into flights. For example, if two flights contain the same week, the total for that week in actuals combines the rows from both flights.

2. To make changes to the schedule or goals while the Actuals and Differences window displays:

• Click the Schedule tab and make changes in the Radio tab.

OR select the Goals tab and make changes.

• Click Save in the toolbar to keep your changes.

• Click the Refresh button in the Actuals and Differences window's toolbar to update the results with your changes.
