If you are already viewing an individual insertion order, skip to step 3.After you create radio orders, you can send them electronically to Marketron Exchange for insertion into their traffic systems. These traffic systems include Marketron Traffic, DeltaFlex and Visual Traffic.

• You must subscribe to the Marketron Exchange service to transfer orders.
• You cannot transfer:
– orders you already successfully sent to Marketron Exchange.
– revised orders or orders with pending revisions.
– canceled orders.
– NTR orders, even if the vendor is a radio station.
• Marketron Exchange accepts only participating radio stations. Tapscan displays an error message in the Transfer Status/Date column if a station does not participate.
• If you get an error other than non-participating station, try to send the order again.
To transfer an order to your traffic system:
1 Click the Orders tab at the top of the page to view all orders for all proposals.
OR click the Proposals tab, select a proposal, and then click the Orders tab to view a list of orders associated with the proposal.
If you are already viewing an individual insertion order, skip to step 3.
2 Click the checkbox in the first column to select the order(s) you want to send.
3 Click the 
Send to ME button in the toolbar to transfer your order to Marketron Exchange.
4 Click OK when prompted to continue with sending the order.
The order status will show Complete for a successful transfer.
