Open and view an order

You can choose orders you want to view from a list of orders for a specific proposal or from a list of all orders for all proposals. While viewing the order, you can check the status and print the order or send a radio order to Marketron Exchange.

• The Orders tab at the top of the page includes an order number link and a proposal name link for each order in the list. The order number link opens that order. The proposal link opens the list of all orders created for that proposal.

Sort the order list:

• Click any column heading to sort the list by the contents of that column.

• To reverse the order in the same column, click the column heading again.

Order statuses:

• Complete – The order was printed, sent to Marketron Exchange or a newer revision was created and updated.

• Incomplete – Not printed or sent to Marketron Exchange.

• Pending – The schedule was changed and the order is waiting to be updated with the changes.

A red exclamation mark at the beginning of the row indicates an incomplete or pending order.

• Canceled – The order was stopped.

1 Click the Orders tab at the top of the page to view all orders for all proposals.

OR click the Proposals tab, select a proposal, and then click the Orders tab to view orders associated with only the selected proposal.

Orders display in a list sorted by the last modified date and then the order number.

The order displayed on your screen includes a status section in the upper right corner.

3 To print the completed order, click the

View/Print as PDF button in the toolbar.

OR to send a radio order to Marketron Exchange, click the

Send to ME button in the toolbar.
