Reorder columns for rankers

After you select estimates, demos or dayparts for ranker reports, you can rearrange the columns' order or position to better present your story.

Tapscan saves your selections as defaults for future sessions.

To reorder columns for rankers:

1 Open either the Estimates, Demos or Dayparts link in the Select Parameters pane and move items from the Available box to the Selected box.

The order of the items top to bottom in the Selected box is the same order that will appear in the report. Estimates appear as columns left to right. Demos and Dayparts present as separate rankers in the order you select.

2 Click one of the items in the Selected box to highlight it.

3 Click either the up or down button to move the selected item to a new position.

4 Repeat steps 2 and 3 to continue reordering items.

5 Click OK to save your changes.

6 Repeat steps 1 thru 5 for each set of parameters that you need to reorder.

For rankers, you can also sort the data in the displayed columns by clicking a column heading. A small gray triangle in the header indicates the "sort column" and whether the order is descending or ascending.
