You can add comments and other information in daypart/ad type (white) rows by including "Notes" when you select columns for the schedule. You cannot add notes in total (yellow) rows or vendor (blue) rows.
A note is limited to a maximum of 35 characters from the keyboard, except ~ (tilde) or | (pipe).
To add a Notes column...
1 Click the Estimates button in the toolbar.
2 Click Notes in the Available list to highlight and select it.
3 Position the notes column in the schedule grid:
Items in the Selected list (top to bottom) appear from left to right in the schedule.
• Click to highlight Notes in the Selected list.
• Click the arrow to move Notes to a new position.
OR click the arrow to move to the top of the list, or the
arrow to move it to the bottom of the list.
4 Click OK.
To add notes in a row...
1 Double-click the Notes cell in a daypart or ad type row.
On the second click, the cell is highlighted in orange.
2 Type the text for the note and press Enter to refresh the schedule grid.
Use any character from the keyboard, except ~ (tilde) or | (pipe). Maximum character count is 35.
