In the dialog, add the number of spots for each daypart row or add the units for the NTR ad type row. Then include the cost for the daypart or ad. Tapscan uses your entries to determine investment for the row, week(s) and schedule.
You can type values in the Add Flight dialog to create multiple rows at one time. Or you can manually enter the number of spots/units and the rate for each row in the schedule grid.
To add rates and spots/units from the Add Flight dialog...
1. Type a dollar amount in the Unit Rate box to insert in each row.
2. Change spots/units and length/size for each row:
• Type a whole number (no decimals) in the Spots or Units box.
• Optionally, type a length or size in the box.
Length for radio spots is measured in seconds and must be a multiple of 5 between 5 and 120.
3. Click the Add Flight button to close the dialog and add rows to your schedule.
4. Click Save in the toolbar to keep your changes.
OR click Save As to give the schedulea different name.

To manually add rates and spots/units to rows...
1. Change the Unit Rate:
• Double-click the Unit Rate cell in the row to change.
• Type a dollar amount and press Enter.
2. Change the number of spots:
• Double-click the Spots/Units cell in the same row.
• Type a whole number (no decimals) and press Enter.
3. Optionally, change the spot length or ad size:
• Double-click the Length/Size cell in the same row.
• Type a value to use for the row.
The Length for radio spots is measured in seconds and must be a multiple of 5 between 5 and 120. Size is maximum 35 keyboard characters, except ~ (tilde) and | (pipe).
4. Click Save in the toolbar to keep your changes.
OR click Save As to give the schedule a different name.
