When you copy a schedule to a proposal or when you save a schedule associated with a proposal, there must be an account for each vendor represented in the schedule. If Tapscan cannot find an existing vendor account, you must create one to complete the saving or copying.
This dialog displays only when vendor accounts are missing or incomplete for schedules associated with a proposal. You can associate a non-radio vendor with an existing vendor account. See the Related topics... below for information.
To create a vendor account from a schedule:
To associate an NTR vendor with an existing account, click the Select Vendor from Accounts link at the bottom of the dialog. See Related topics... for more information.
1 Optionally, type the first name, last name and 10-digit work phone number in the boxes.
You can type the phone number without hyphens or parentheses (i.e., 1234567890).
2 Optionally, type an e-mail address and mobile phone number.
3 Click Save.
After adding this information, you can continue with copying or saving your schedule. You can also add other details for this vendor in the Accounts tab at a later time. See the Related topics... for more information.
