You can copy any schedule available in the Schedules tab to associate it with a new proposal.
This option is only available for schedules not already associated with a proposal and only for schedules saved on the Tapscan server.
More about copying to a proposal...
• When you use the Copy to Proposal option, Tapscan will create a new proposal and copy each schedule from each media tab and all existing parameters, vendors, rows and manually added values to a new set of schedule tabs associated with the new proposal.
• You can change any of the parameters as needed in the new proposal's schedules.
• You must open a schedule associated with a proposal from the Schedule tab in the Proposals tab.
To copy a schedule to a proposal:
1 Open a schedule from the Schedules tab.
This schedule must be saved on the Tapscan server and must not be associated with any proposal.
2 Open the Actions menu in the toolbar and select Copy To Proposal.
3 Add vendors to Account Management for any that don't already have an account. See Related topics... for more information.
A combo station will require an account for each station in the combo so that orders can be placed correctly.
4 Complete the new proposal's Details tab. At minimum, you must:
• Add an advertiser.
• Update the proposal name.
• Click Save.
You must save the proposal before you can change flight dates in the Proposal's Schedule tab. Check Related topics... below for more information.
5 Continue work on the proposal in the Goals and Schedule tabs.
