A Broadcast Ranker shows the competitive landscape for a given market. It can answer basic questions such as, How many people listened? or How many people will hear my commercial? It can also provide a comparative view of your station, station stream, or total audience amongst your competitors.
Use a Digital Ranker to tell stories within a story. Using this report, you can highlight the strength of a particular station, stream or audience combo within a daypart.
You can view or print PDF versions of each report view. You can also export the report to a comma-delimited .csv file which will look like the table view without formatting.
• Broadcast + Digital Ranker table - A vertical orientation that allows you to use multiple demos, multiple dayparts, and multiple estimates in a single report, with OTA, Streaming and/or Totals grouped by station. This is the default view for the Broadcast Ranker report.
• Broadcast + Digital Ranker graph - A horizontal or vertical bar graph of the selected daypart/demo data grid and selected estimate, with OTA, Streaming and/or Total estimates grouped by station.
• Pop/Intab view provides details about the sourcing, population, in-tab and any appropriate footnotes.

• Use only those estimates that:
– Are requested.
– You understand.
– You can explain to non-agency clients in an easy-to-understand way.
• Don't cram your Broadcast + Digital Ranker full of estimates just because they are available. Keep it focused on the estimates that allow you to tell your story.
• Don't fall into the common trap of selling solely by Rankers. Your rank position could change, but the number of listeners for your station could remain the same. Using a selection of other reports, a good seller can tell stories in a way that can outsell someone who only uses a Ranker.
