The Select Stations window opens.You can choose stations for a new or existing schedule by selecting items such as home market, format, band and call letters.
To add or modify stations:
1. Select Modify Stations from the Actions menu in the toolbar.
OR From the Actions menu, select Add Flights, and then Click the Add Stations link or Edit Stations link in the Add Flight dialog box.
The Select Stations window opens.
2. Optionally, click any column heading in the Available list of stations to sort the list by that column.
OR you can filter stations by creating a custom search and selecting items such as home market, station, band, format and owner:
• Click 
to choose the kind of search from one or both drop-down lists.
• Type two or more characters as the basis for the search in one or both text boxes.
If necessary highlight the default text that displays for the home market and type the new text.
• Click Search.
3. Select stations:
• Click stations in the Available box to highlight them.
Press Ctrl and click individual items to select multiple items, or press Shift and click the first and last items to select consecutive items.
OR click the Type or Paste link and type or paste call letters in the blank box.
Include each station's band and separate multiple stations with commas.
• Click the 
arrow to move stations to the Selected box.
If you switch markets and open the Select Stations dialog again, all previously selected stations will still display in the Selected box. The Available box will display only stations for the currently selected market.
4. Optionally, add details (like format) for each station in the schedule:
• Select the Include Station Details link below the Selected box.
Station and band are always included in the schedule and are not available in this dialog.
• Select item(s) in the Available box and click the arrow to move them to the Selected box.
• Use the 
arrows to reorder the selected item.
About saving details...
Tapscan saves your detail selections as defaults for future sessions. When the value for a detail item is not available, Unknown and the column name (i.e., Unknown Owner) will display in the Select Stations dialog and in the schedule. If call letters or other details change, Tapscan will update the details in the schedule.
5. Optionally, save your selection(s) as a favorite if you frequently use these choices...
• Type a name to represent all the items in the Selected box.
Station favorite names are shared across markets and schedules and must be unique. You can use letters, numbers or special characters from the keyboard in the name.
• Click Save.
The name for the group appears in the Favorites box. You can select a favorite name the next time to finish with one click.
6. Click OK to save your selections and open the Add Flight dialog.
