Clone Vendor

Cloning one vendor to other vendors will quickly populate your schedule.

To Clone a Vendor:

1. Display the NTR tab and then select the Vendor Distribution view. Find more information on selecting views in Related topics... below:

2. Select the vendor you wish to clone in the schedule grid.

3. Click the Vendor name.

4. From the drop-down, select Clone Vendor.

Tapscan displays the Clone to Vendor menu. The vendor list will contain all vendors that you have selected from the Vendors dialog, excluding the source vendor. You cannot copy a vendor to itself. The list includes vendors that are yet to have any rows in the schedule. Find more information on selecting stations in Related topics... below.

5. In the Available box, click vendors to select them.

Or click a highlighted vendor to remove the highlight and selection.

6. Click OK.

Tapscan displays a message reminding you that you will be replacing the contents of the target vendor(s). If you do not want to overwrite the contents of the selected stations, click Cancel to stop the copy. Otherwise, click OK to continue.

Tapscan copies the contents of the source vendor to all selected vendor(s), including:

• All Flights along with their Flight names and dates

• Ad Types

• Units and Unit placements

• Other values such as Rates, Notes, Length

• Row toggle state

The following values are reset to default values and may differ from the source vendor:

• Weight values are set to 100.

• Any manual ratings values are reset. You have to provide new manual ratings for each vendor.

7. Click Save in the toolbar to keep your changes.
