Choose vendors for a new or existing schedule. You can also search for the vendor by name or business type.
To add NTR vendors to the schedule, you must have added a non-radio vendor account (in Accounts) for each one.
To select vendors:
1. Open the Actions menu and select Modify Vendors.
Or from the Add Flight dialog, click the add vendors link in or the edit vendors link to change the Vendors Available list.
2. Optionally, search for vendors:
• Click the arrow to choose the kind of search from one or both drop-down lists.
• Type two or more characters as the basis for the search in one or both text boxes.
• Click Search.
Click the Show All Rows link to clear the search box and return to the original list.
3. Select the vendors:
• Click vendors in the Available box to highlight and select them.
Or click the in the Available list's heading to select all vendors.
Click any highlighted vendor again to clear the highlight and selection.
• Click OK to close the Select Vendors dialog and open the Add Flight dialog.
4. Complete the Add Flight dialog and click OK.
