Edit a Flight

You can change the dates assigned to a flight or change the name of a flight that already exists in the schedule. You can edit the Radio and NTR flights using the same procedure.

To Edit a Flight's Name or Dates:

1. Open the Station/Vendor Distribution view:

• Select the Radio or NTR tab.

• Open the Layouts menu and select Station Distribution (for Radio).or Vendor Distribution (for NTR).

2. Select the flight that you wish to edit and click the flight's name in the schedule grid.

3. From the drop-down menu, select Edit Flight.

Tapscan displays the Edit Flight menu.

4. Optionally, change the flight name and/or dates assigned to the flight.

The available weeks listed are the weeks that you have selected from the parameter pane flight calendar. If you want to change the set of available weeks, change the flight span. Find detailed instructions under Select flight dates in Related topics... below.

5. Click OK.

Tapscan applies your changes to the selected flight. Other flights in the schedule will not be changed.

The newly-added weeks will contain the same rows and values as the weeks that previously existed in the flight. However, if you have placed spots in days in any weeks, all spots in new weeks will be placed in ROT.

If you changed the flight name, the schedule grid will show the new flight name.
