Add Flight to a station

Add a new flight to a single selected station that already contains rows in your Radio schedule.

To add rows to a station:

1. Select Station Distribution:

• Click Layouts on the toolbar.

• Click Station Distribution.

2. Click the combo name or the call letters link in the schedule grid and then click the Add Flight link:

informationThe Add Flight dialog opens. This version of the dialog does not include the station selection. The flight is added to the selected station.

3. Tapscan provides a default flight name. You can optionally update the Flight Name.

4. Weeks that are selected into your schedule from the Parameter pane are available for selection. Click individual dates in the Weeks Available list to adjust the Selected weeks.

5. Define the list of daypart rows that must be included in the flight:

• Click the edit dayparts link to open the Dayparts dialog:

• Remove unwanted dayparts:

– Click and highlight dayparts in the Selected list.

– Click the left arrow button to move selected dayparts to the Available list.

• Select dayparts:

– Click and highlight dayparts in the Available list.

– Click the right arrow button to move dayparts to the Selected list.

• Click OK.

6. Optionally, type values for spots, length, and unit rate to be applied to each daypart row in the flight.

• The Spots/Units must be a whole number with no decimals.

• The Spot Length is measured in seconds and must be a multiple of 5 between 5 and 120.

• The Unit Rate is a maximum of $99,999.

7. Click OK to add the new flight to the schedule.
