Cloning one station to other stations will quickly populate your schedule.
To Clone a Station:
1. Display the Radio tab and then select the Station Distribution view. Find more information on selecting views in Related topics... below:
2. Select the station or combo you wish to clone in the schedule grid.
3. Click the station name or combo name.
4. From the drop-down, select Clone Station.
Tapscan displays the Clone to Station menu. The stations list will contain all stations that you have selected from the Stations dialog, excluding the source station. You cannot copy a station to itself. The list includes stations which are yet to have any rows in the schedule. Find more information on selecting stations in Related topics... below.
5. In the Available box, click the .station(s) and/or combo(s) to select them.
Or click a highlighted station to remove the highlight and selection.
6. Click OK.
Tapscan displays a message reminding you that you will be replacing the contents of the target station(s). If you do not want to overwrite the contents of the selected stations, click Cancel to stop the copy. Otherwise, click OK to continue.
Tapscan copies the contents of the source station to all selected station(s), including:
• All Flights along with their Flight names and dates
• Daypart rows
• Spots and Spot placements
• Other values such as Rates, Notes, Length
• Row toggle state
The following values are reset to default values and may differ from the source station:
• Weight values are set to 100.
• Any manual ratings values are reset and replaced with ratings values for the particular station or combo. The schedule is recalculated based on the Nielsen ratings for each station in combination with the spots and rates provided from the source station.
• Daypart codes and Daypart Titles may be reset if the original station included assigned custom daypart codes that are not applicable for the target stations.
7. Click 
Save in the toolbar to keep your changes.
