Clone NTR Flight

You can copy a flight to any of the NTR vendors in your schedule, including the vendor that contains the flight being copied.

To Clone aN NTR Flight:

1. Display the NTR tab and then select the Vendor Distribution view. Find more information on selecting views in Related topics... below:

2. Select the flight you wish to clone in the schedule grid.

3. Click the flight name.

4. From the drop-down, select Clone Flight.

Tapscan displays the Clone Flight menu. The vendors list will contain all vendors that you have selected from the Stations dialog, including the vendor that contains the flight being cloned and vendors that are yet to have any rows in the schedule. 5. In the Available box, click vendors to select them.

Or click a highlighted vendor to remove the highlight and selection.

6. Optionally, change the flight name. The changed flight name is applied only to new flights. The original flight name remains unchanged.

7. Click OK.

Tapscan adds the selected flights to all the selected vendor(s) below the flights that already existed in each station.

The copied flights include the Flight Name defined in the Clone Flight dialog and the following values copied from the original flight:

• Flight dates

• Ad Type rows

• Units and Unit placements

• Other values, such as Rates, Notes, and Lengths

• Row toggle state

The following are retained if the flight was copied to the same vendor as the original flight:

• Weight values

• Manual ratings

The following values are reset to default values and may differ from the original flight in flights that were copied to different vendors:

• Weight values are set to 100.

• Any manual ratings values are cleared. You have to define new manual ratings for the vendor.

8. Click Save Save in the toolbar to keep your changes.
