The Station Distribution layout option is disabled on other views.The Station Filter allows you to view rows for a single selected station/vendor and hide other stations/vendors from display.
To FILTER schedule DISPLAY BY STATION OR VENDOR:
1. Select Station Distribution layout:
The Station Distribution layout option is disabled on other views.
• On the toolbar, click Layouts.
• Click Station Distribution (Radio) or Vendor Distribution (NTR).
2. Click the Station Filter icon on the toolbar.
TAPSCAN will display a popup showing the list of stations that are currently selected in your Radio Schedule, or the list of Vendors contained in the NTR Schedule, depending on whether you are viewing the Radio or NTR tab.
3. Click the radio button beside the station you want to see.
4. Click OK.
Tapscan closes the popup.
The filter icon now displays the name of the filtered station or vendor in red font to indicate other stations/vendors are hidden from the view.
The schedule grid displays only the flights and rows that are contained in the selected station, along with total rows above the Station/Vendor total.
Total Rows above the Station/Vendor total still include estimates from the other stations/vendors that are hidden from the view.
Other Distribution options in the Layouts menu are disabled as long as a filter is applied. To display another view you must first remove the filter.

• When you export the schedule to a spreadsheet, the exported data contains all rows including the hidden rows.
• When you print the schedule as a PDF file, you can select the stations you want to include in the printed report. You can also include stations that are excluded from the filter.
• If you save your schedule with a filter applied, the applied filter is still retained when you reopen the schedule.
To REMOVE THE SCHEDULE STATION OR VENDOR FILTER:
1. Click the Filter Icon again.
2. Select the All Stations option button.
3. Click OK
