If you adjust the estimates in a schedule, and then decide you want to go back to the data provider's original estimate, you can select one or more rows to reset.
More about resetting estimates...
• If you select a totals row or a row at the top of a hierarchy, Tapscan will reset the adjusted estimates for that row and all the rows grouped under that row.
• Only rows that are toggled on are reset. Any rows in the group that are toggled off are not changed. However, if adjusted estimates are reset for a particular row in any week, the estimates are reset for that row in all weeks. For example:
– If you select a week row, values for all dayparts or ad types associated with that week are reset. If the flight contains more than one week, values in all other weeks are also reset.
– If you select a station or vendor row, values for all weeks and dayparts or ad types associated with that station/vendor are reset.
The layout you choose determines the hierarchies. Best practice is to use Expand Grid by Default in the Layouts menu to make sure you're selecting only what you really want to reset. Undo is not supported.
To reset adjusted estimate values:
1. Click the checkbox in the Delete/Reset column (on the left edge of the schedule) for a row you want to reset.
A check in the box means it's selected. Click the box again to clear it.
2. Click the Reset Values button in the toolbar to reset selected rows to the original estimate.
