You'll want to build your schedule with rates, of course, but you can remove the rate and/or investment column(s) before exporting a schedule. Click the Estimates button in the toolbar and select the items you want. Then use the arrows to position the estimates in the Selected box that appear as columns on the schedule.
As long as you build the schedule with rates, the calculations remain after you remove the rate column.

Use the Modify Stations options in the Actions menu. Click a station in the Selected box (on the right) and use the 
arrows to move it. The station order in the schedule matches the order you choose in the Selected box.
You can also select a different Distribution view from the Layouts menu to change the schedule's appearance.

To add or subtract weeks from your schedule or adjust flight dates, click the Start/End Date: link in the parameter pane. You can change the number of weeks in the Flight Length box or you can change the start or end dates. If you adjust the start date, you will also need to choose to shift or preserve the existing rows' content.
