Monthly Factor

The Monthly Factor report shows sales projections by month and the percentage that each month represents of the annual projection. Percentages are shown graphically in a bar chart as well as a table view. Use this report to add validity to your research. Your advertisers know their business very well, and they'll know their percentage of this revenue right away.

This report requires a subscription to Nielsen respondent level radio data service.

Different views

You can view or print PDF versions of each report view. You can also export Retail Spending Power reports to a comma-delimited .csv file for importing into a spreadsheet.

View sample:

• Market view — shows percentage of revenue estimates for each demographic group selected. The estimates are provided as perrcentages in a graph and both dollars and percentages in a table.

• Pop/Intab view shows population and in-tab numbers for each demographic included in the report.

To create a Monthly Factor report:

1 Select the RSP category:

• Click the Category* link.

• Choose the retail store/business type to display.

• Click OK.

2 Click the Annual link to select the time period for the report:

• Choose either Annual or Monthly.

The Annual time period represents months January thru December.

• If you choose Monthly, select the start and end months in the drop-down boxes.

The months you select will appear in colored bars on the chart with the rest of the months in gray. Selected months are highlighted in the table of sales projections by month.

• Optionally, type a name and click Save to keep your selections as a favorite.

• Click OK.
